Vinyl fences typically range from $9,000 to $11,000, while chain-link is generally the most cost-effective at $4,500 to $5,500.

A standard chain link job under 200 linear feet can often be wrapped up in a single day. Wood, vinyl, and ornamental installs typically run two working days. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start so you know exactly what to expect.

We offer a lifetime workmanship warranty on craftsmanship, and a 25-year warranty on vinyl and metal materials.

The workmanship warranty covers any issues related to how the fence was built. Material warranties cover manufacturing defects such as cracking or structural failure.

Note that damages from pet negligence, fading from sun exposure, or posts affected by sprinkler systems running after installation fall outside of warranty coverage.

Our minimum for repairs is $1,000, which covers roughly three to four sections up to 30 linear feet. Anything beyond that is priced by the footage. Give us a call or fill out our contact form, and we’ll put together an accurate number based on what you’re dealing with.

Inside city limits, fences are generally capped at six feet. If your property has a pool, a six-foot fence is required by code. Corner lots have their own setback requirements because the city limits how close a fence can be to the road.

We pull the survey details before we start, so there are no surprises during the build.

Before we send a final invoice, we do a walkthrough with you. You inspect the finished fence, and if anything needs to be addressed, we take care of it on the spot. We only receive the final payment after you’ve signed off on the work. That’s our policy on every job we take.

We install wood, vinyl, ornamental steel, and chain link fences for residential properties, as well as concrete panel fencing for commercial jobs.

Wood makes up the majority of what we install, and we exclusively use high-quality Western Red Cedar. It’s more durable, lower-maintenance, and naturally resistant to bugs than the cheaper alternatives most contractors use.

Yes. We work with a local credit union to offer financing for homeowners. A lot of our clients have the cash available but prefer to finance, keeping their savings intact for whatever else comes up.

If rot is isolated to a few boards or posts, a repair is usually the right call. If it’s spread across a larger section of the fence, replacement tends to be the more cost-effective long-term decision. We’ll walk your fence with you during the estimate and give you an honest assessment.
In many cases, yes. We handle the permitting process for you as part of the project. If another contractor asks you to pull your own permit, that’s usually a sign they don’t carry the right credentials. We’re fully licensed, bonded, and insured, so you don’t have to worry about any of that.

That’s fairly common and easy to work around. Some HOAs require specific materials, colors, or styles. Others have height restrictions.
